Responsible, sustainable and lawful behaviour is an important part of the values of all companies under the umbrella of Schellenberger Holding GmbH, in particular Schellenberger Bürstenfabrik GmbH.

The whistleblower system is available to all employees, business partners, customers and other third parties to provide information on possible legal violations. Internally, the management has concluded a separate works agreement on this topic with the Works Council.

This allows risks to be recognised at an early stage and action to be taken if necessary. Confidentiality and the protection of whistleblowers are paramount here. The law also provides for the possibility of external reporting. To this end, the legislator has set up an external federal reporting centre at the Federal Office of Justice (BfJ). If you voluntarily decide to provide your personal data and thus make a non-anonymous report, we will process your information for the sole purpose of processing your report on the basis of Art. 6 of the GDPR.

The Schellenberger Group expressly encourages the person providing the information to primarily use the in-house reporting system so that possible legal violations can first be clarified and processed internally. A works agreement has been concluded with the Works Council for this purpose. However, the whistleblower is free to decide whether to contact the internal or external reporting centre of the federal government.
