Schellenberger Bürstenfabrik GmbH has again taken part in this year’s Girls Day and invited six girls from the region to get to know the company on 28 March 2019. According to the principle “Bye-bye clichés”, Girls Day gives girls the opportunity to gain a practical insight into unfamiliar professions. After a welcome and a guided tour of the company, all participants were able to twist their own brushes on a mini-lathe and machine a workpiece in the company’s own metalworking shop. Finally, there was an overview of the apprenticeships at Schellenberger. We would like to thank the six Girls Day participants for their interest and the entertaining day – it was a lot of fun!
